Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, unused and in its original packaging. We will ask you to ship the order back to us. Note that we will not cover the shipping costs for the return shipment; you will have to pay for the shipping to return the order to us.

Damages and other issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case of damage sustained during shipping please send pictures of the packaging as well as of the affected game.

If your game is missing parts, or if the components are otherwise flawed, please contact us, so we can offer you a solution.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, if possible, otherwise we will contact you to discuss an alternative method of refunding you. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
