Order Status
Has my order shipped?
  We do not change the order status until some time after your order has shipped. Depending on the carrier, you may receive a notice by them with tracking information. If you absolutely need tracking information, please reply to the confirmation email we sent you at the time you ordered and request the tracking data.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.
How do I track my order?
  We do not normally provide tracking data, but if you absolutely need it or fear your order has been lost, please reply to the confirmation email we sent and we will email you the tracking code if available,
My order never arrived.
  It takes us about 2 weeks to ship an order and then, depending on geography, it takes 2 days-6 weeks to reach you. Pre-orders of course take longer! If you have not received your order by this time, please replay to the confirmation email we sent when you ordered and ask us to trace your package, we will retrieve it!
An item is missing from my shipment.
  Sometimes (especially in the US) we ship games separately, but it is probably wise to send us an email and ask; we might have missed part of your order, sorry!
My product is missing parts.
  Please send us an email (you can reply to your order confirmation) and we'll sort it out.
When will my backorder arrive?
  We try to keep everyone updated on facebook and bgg forums!
